LeeAnn Mallorie
We are proud to be working with author and executive coach LeeAnn Mallorie on her latest book, “Guts and Grace: A Woman’s Guide to Full-Bodied Leadership” by Conscious Capitalism Press.
LeeAnn Mallorie, author and CEO of Guts & Grace, began her career as an executive coach in 2006, working with women leaders and teams from around the globe. Yet she soon found something was missing—the body. This led her on a personal journey of physical, mental, and spiritual healing, to eventually embrace the more feminine side of leadership. Committed to walking her talk, she brought these lessons back to her clients in the corporate, non-profit and government sectors, with surprisingly positive results.
Today, LeeAnn specializes in bringing feminine wisdom and diverse cultural values into business, as keystone to solving some of our world’s stickiest problems. Her playful weaving of cutting edge science and ancient wisdom will take you on a journey of unexpected and necessary evolution—one that is required for any woman who wants to make a bigger impact without losing herself along the way. Inspired by her personal work with plant medicines, meditation, somatics, sacred voice activation, nature-based ritual and ecstatic dance, as well as deep science, her events spark creativity and innovation. Using practical embodiment tools, she helps attendees bridge the gap between the hard-driving logical mind and the deeper wisdom of the soul.
LeeAnn believes that for a woman leader to play at the top of her game, she needs to embrace her whole self: body, mind, emotions and spirit. Her book, Guts & Grace, is the roadmap for how to release internalized, patriarchal programming and truly bring your best self to work. How can it be that companies’ best efforts to advance women in the workplace are still falling short? In Guts and Grace, LeeAnn Mallorie addresses common themes that women leaders at all levels still grapple with today: confidence, executive presence, balance, joy, intuition, saying no, purpose, conflict avoidance, and more. She reveals the thirteen pervasive societal myths that can make these desires feel impossible to achieve, and then teaches concrete, embodied practices that bring each theme to life. Her playful weaving of these modern and ancient teachings will take you on a journey of unexpected and necessary evolution—one that is required for any woman who is committed to making a bigger impact without losing herself or her critical stakeholders along the way. Guts and Grace is your roadmap on how to step out of internalized, patriarchal programming—from the inside out—and finally bring your whole self to work.
